Your new company A multinational waste, water and energy management company is looking to appoint a Functional Skills Specialist to its learning and development function, the company's focus is that of creating a sustainable future. As part of a busy Learning and development function you will add strategic value to developing their staff for their future growth

Your new role

* You will be part of the learning and development function working in a field based capacity
* You will be charged with developing their staffing provision through the delivery of functional skills qualification
* The delivery of their qualification suite and devising of learning plans
* The use of data to drive these plans to completion
* Delivery of classroom, group based and virtual learning sessions
* Planning and adaptation of sessions to meet business needs

What you'll need to succeed

* You will have previous functional skills delivery experience
* Naturally promote a passion for learning and have high expectations for behaviour and attitudes,
* IT skills to include experience of using e-portfolio systems, Initial assessment platforms and google suite being advantageous.
* Technologically sound to support learners' attitude towards learning
* Highly organised
* Time management to work independently
