Your new role
Head of Reward reporting to a HR Director in a stand-alone job. Overseeing, managing and administering our employees rewards, benefits and recognition. You will develop new programmes that improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in all areas of reward. Ideally with tender, contracts and TUPE experience.
