We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our HR Administration team as maternity leave cover and provide a highly professional, proactive HR service to our University.
You will play a frontline role in our HR team and provide a close interface with University staff on the full HR administration remit. You will join a team of HR Assistants supporting the University and will work with and report to one of the HR Business Partners.
To be successful if this role you will need to have:
- Previous HR experience
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail including when under pressure
- Passion for delivering a great customer service
- High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage a high volume of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience in using an HR database
- Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
