Your new company
You will be joining a large government organisation with national reach and the option to work remotely (flexible, reduced hours can also be considered). This is a 6 month FTC with potential for a permanent role.
Your new role
Leading a small, passionate recruitment team, you will act as a key partner to the business, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains the best talent. Overseeing a high volume of vacancies, it will be your role to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing acute market insight and creative means to build talent pools and pipelines, alongside building management capability. Furthermore, you will assess and develop recruitment policies and practices, taking into account diversity strategies, whilst using recruitment data and reporting to inform decision making.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a fast-paced environment, so you will need to be flexible, proactive and able to adapt to changing priorities, alongside acting as a role model and leader to the recruitment team. Ideally, you will possess recruitment experience within a multi-site, large organisation.
