Job Details
You will work collaboratively in a delivery team structure across a variety of Programme activities and,
using your experience of working as a HR Business Partner / Manager on business & technology
transformation projects/programme(s) where you will have achieved business, technology, strategic and
operational goals, you will build relationships with colleagues both on the Programme Team and within HR,
Your excellent project management and organisational skills, combined with your ability to work flexibly and
adapt in line with changing priorities will enable you to work across multiple delivery teams, ensuring the
priorities and associated outputs and deliverables are clearly defined, understood, and delivered. Your
experience of and ability to develop creative strategic solutions to solve business problems and create
accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changes will be underpinned by good change delivery
practice and robust, effective governance
You will have the skills and experience to quickly analyse problems and identify appropriate solutions.
Experience of developing strong and collaborative relationships that deliver business priorities is critical as
you will be challenging established thinking, supporting effective change delivery and ensuring changes are
embedded, to become business as usual
Person Specification
CIPD level 7 qualification, or similar experience;
Experience of working as a HR Business Partner / Manager on business & technology
transformation programme(s), achieving business, technology, strategic and operational goals
Experience of building collaborative relationships and influencing key members of project
/ programme teams
A team player, with ability to guide teams and build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues
across different disciplines
Excellent communicator able to deliver a concise message, verbally and in writing, to stakeholders
Experience of working across business functions to develop ideas, consult and advise on translating
vision into actionable plans
An appreciation of business and technical requirements and the ability to bridge the gap between the
two
Demonstrable knowledge of agile working and its benefits
