Your new role
You will be chiefly responsible for the Recruitment of staff within these hotels across their 20 sites based within Central London. You will liaise with the senior stakeholders at the strategic approach of recruitment and retention across the business, whilst promoting their excellent culture and flexible working.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced as a Head of talent or strategic operation environment, with demonstrated results of successful strategic operation of the recruitment processes. You'll be proactive, forward thinking and willing to hit the ground running. An experience within hospitality is preferred, but not essential.
