Our Healthcare client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their busy HR team just outside of Ashford for the duration of 18 months.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be managing and delivering HR work streams across a variety of areas including reward and recognition, people infrastructure, development and performance as well as providing a high quality HR support service to the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must be at least CIPD level 5 qualified, with a good understanding of employment law, case law and HR practices. You must have experience as a HR Advisor and within HR project management.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £33,000 plus 27 days holiday, fee car parking, healthcare, pension (up to 10% from the employer), employee health and wellbeing programme and great learning and development opportunities .
