Job Details

Our Woking based client is currently recruiting for two new HR Business Partners on a permanent basis. Up to £50,000 plus 10% bonus.

They will soon be opening their brand-new office in Woking town centre that will become their "culture hub"

This new office will be a commitment to their investment into their employees future way of working.

The role:


* To support the Senior HR Business Partner through delivery of strategic agenda to the business area and develop and deliver the People Plan for the area supported. To act as a key part of the HR team as well as part of the leadership team for your aligned areas.
* Deliver the strategic direction, and business requirements of the aligned business areas, driving the HR aspects of the agenda through the leadership teams.
* Lead annual HR processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, promotions, objective setting, etc. in conjunction with HR guidelines.
* Works with business to identify and evaluate Organisation Design and leads business through re-structure; implementation and change
* Acts as a trusted advisor and critical friend to the business
* Facilitate organisational changes according to business needs by taking into consideration relocation, job development opportunities, terminations, headcount and organisational objectives
* Ensures that managers are upskilled to manage their own grievance/disciplinary/performance and management processes, become involved in the management of more complex cases.
* Supports TUPE's as required
* Coaches leaders and drives the ongoing development of people capability in the line management population to support direct line management engagement
* Support Head of HR and/or Senior HRBP with business area near and long term workforce forecasting and demand planning
* Supports on Talent identification exercises
* Supporting implementation of People strategy within businesses
* Works with HR Advisors to monitor absence to determine route cause
* Coaches HR Advisors on sickness case management and manages complex long term sickness cases within area
* Manages relationships with Trade Union reps and Regional Officers
* Support the global employee engagement survey and follow up with action planning
* Act as engagement champion within business
* Lead and manage HR related projects as appropriate
* Cross functional working with Centres of Excellence, Shared Service

About you


* You will have experience of HR Business Partnering
* In addition you will be knowledgeable of HR policies, procedures, and current legislation
* You are likely to possess, or be working towards, CIPD qualification
