Resourcing, Employee Engagement Lead opportunity to support a strategic workforce project team in Hampshire

Are you a talented Resourcing, talent acquisition, Employee Engagement, EVP / resourcing communications specialist we have an opportunity to create and develop a range of engagement communications which support a resourcing programme.

We have a unique opportunity for an Resourcing & Employee Engagement Specialist / Engagement Lead to work as part of a newly formed HR/Workforce Programme Team. You will be working in partnership with key stakeholders, leaders across health organisations in Hampshire. Your role will be to evaluate and develop employee engagement & communication approaches which support the attraction and recruitment of over 350 new recruits.

You will be working collaboratively with Organisational Development, Recruitment, HR colleagues and partner with leaders of external organisations/groups to evaluate and develop effective employee engagement strategies which support recruitment and Employer Value Proposition.

You will first need to assess the current challenges and approaches for recruitment and engagement within the sector, exploring and developing an understanding good practice, good news stories to develop an effective employee engagement narrative. Working in partnership with the Workforce team and key stakeholders you will seek to develop a programme of employee engagement approaches. You will develop communications plans, articulate stories, messaging and narratives which can then be woven into the employee value propositions.
The employee engagement activities and content will then be included into all recruitment process including recruitment web sites/social media and other attraction methodology. The key deliverable outcome will be to support the organisation with its goals for attraction of a the newly created roles.

Examples of project include -

* creating videos / podcasts / press releases / webinars and commentary which can be used to develop an employer brand and engagement

Candidates
We are seeking capable Recruitment/Resourcing /Employee Engagement professional who has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a enthusiasm for modern communications approaches across all media types...
You will need strong written and communication skills to develop key employee engagement story narratives, messaging, videos and approaches with various forms of media including social media..

* Ideally you will have a mixed background of Resourcing/talent acquisition/ EVP /Employee Engagement / HR / Organisational development / Communications skill set.
* Degree in HR/Communications / relevant professional qualification
* Demonstrated written/verbal communication skills and techniques.
* Ability to articulate and champion the key messages, articulate employee engagement stories, and business drivers and ROI of employee engagement
* Ability to think critically and problem solve
* Ability to design and deliver communications & engagement plans.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across a range of professionals internal and external.

The role has the opportunity to work from home but will need the ability to visit sites in Hampshire when needed to attend key meetings.

Whilst this is a full time appointment, they will also consider part time applications.

This role is offered on an initial fixed term contract of 12 months +
