**REMOTE FLEXIBLE WORKING - A fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join one of the UK's leading businesses in their industry**

This organisation currently employs c5000 people nationally and has exciting growth plans over the next few years.

People, training and development are at the heart of their culture and this role has been created to lead a small team, tasked with designing and delivering outstanding and innovative training across the business.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Director, your duties will include;

* Being the training manager for national management skills courses, delivering training on multiple management programmes.
* Identifying training needs and developing and updating training materials
* Suggesting appropriate learning solutions, to design and deliver diverse and inclusive training across multiple platforms; classroom, live online, recorded learning, webinars, videos etc.
* Using accelerated learning techniques and courses that are more interactive and innovative
* Maintaining records of training and reviewing the results of training courses under your management
* Building relationships with key stakeholders to provide guidance and support in people development.
* Leading and participating in national HR and L&D projects

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate a track record of embedding development programs that engage and excite people, coupled with strong team leader and stakeholder management skills. It goes without saying you'll be a confident communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a skilled coach, with a hands-on approach to training delivery.

N.B. You can be based anywhere in the South of England but, where appropriate, classroom courses will be delivered nationally so, some travel and overnight stays will be required.
