6 month interim Head of Talent
Your new company
We are partnering with a well known public services organisation who are in the market to recruit a Head of Talent on an interim basis for their organisation. The business currently have about 1000 headcount wise and the further HR team consists of Business Partnering, reward, L & D, ED&I, OD & Workforce as well as general HR operations.
Your new role
As the Head of Talent you will be responsible for working with the HRD and implement the new people strategy which includes embedded a whole new Talent team, processes and programmes and a complete review of everything the business is currently working with at the moment. This is a really exciting opportunity for somebody to make a real difference and add lots of value by offering and sharing your ideas and successes from previous roles. This role will cover full strategic implementation as well as more hands on approach when required.
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced senior leader in the talent resourcing space.
Experience of managing people and leading resourcing teams.
Experience of managing senior level stakeholders and implementing strategic plans.
Experience of working within larger scale operations with complexities.
