Our public sector client in Reigate is looking for a HR Business Partner for a 9 month Maternity cover to start ASAP
Your new role
As a HR Business Partner you will be delivering and development a full spectrum of HR services which drives business performance and contributes to the goal and the core values of the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
* HR support
* Employee relations
* HR Administration
* Learning and development
* Project work
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a HR Business Partner you must have previous experience as a HR Advisor or HR business Partner with experience within the public sector. You must also be CIPD qualified with excellent people management and IT skills.
You must also be able to start as soon as possible.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £33,000 plus 28 days holiday, flexible & hybrid working, pension, learning and development and employee discount schemes.
