We are looking to appoint an ambitious person to the role of Associate Professor in Human Resource Management. As an Associate Professor, you will make a substantial contribution to the management, development and delivery of teaching and assessment, whilst enhancing the student experience and employability. You will lead our current portfolio of CIPD accredited postgraduate courses and work with Departmental colleagues to build the School’s professional development offer. The role requires working cross-culturally and some international travel. You will also have the opportunity to invest in your own career and leadership development.

As a subject matter expert, you will have the credibility and experience to engage with industry contacts, the profession, and academic peers. You will be a natural communicator and a passionate team player with the willingness to contribute to the education, research and student experience. This may come through working as a senior practitioner or an academic research route. We are open to applicants from different sectors who are committed to developing new knowledge in the subject as well as dedicated in meeting the needs of our current and new students and clients. Bringing an active industry network would be an advantage.
