Our client is looking for an individual to join their team as a Recruitment Coordinator on an 18-month fixed term contract.

Your role will be to lead the recruitment function for their Group with support from the HR delivery team.

You will have responsibility for overseeing the recruitment function for 7 different business units across the UK and Northern Ireland, recruiting employees for our offices, factories, and sites.

The role will require the successful candidate to have exceptional written capabilities as you will be required to write job advertisements for both internal and external audiences. You will also be required to liaise with recruitment agencies to agree fees and terms, record and monitor candidate data, prepare internal adverts as part of the weekly roundup, listing approved vacancies on to the recruitment system for advertising, sieving CV’s and arranging interviews with recruiting managers, as well as issuing contracts and offers for the successful candidates.

If you have experience of fair employment monitoring within Northern Ireland, and experience using recruitment systems then this would also be beneficial.

Your working hours would be 8:30am - 5:15pm Monday - Thursday at 8:30 am - 3pm Friday. They are currently hybrid working between their offices and home.

This role could be based at any of our sites including, Dalton – Thirsk, Lostock or Sherburn – Malton.
