Your new company
My client is a government body organisation seeking to recruit a HR Analytics Manager to join their large, friendly and collaborative HR team to manage the insight and reporting elements for all relevant people data.
Your new role
This is an exciting role where you'll use you data and analytics skillset and knowledge to provide an effective service managing the people data insights and reporting function in order to support and shape the objectives of the people plan and wider organisational goals working collaboratively with the wider HR team and other departments.
The role will involve working with multiple departments and the HR sub teams to collect and analyse and interpret the relevant data, identifying trends in order to report, inform and make recommendations to to the senior team aligned to the people and business plans , utilising support and collaboration from the applicable supporting functions.

* Strong, proven data and analytics skillset
* Experience of a working in an analytical role within a HR team
* Meticulous Attention Details and Data Integrity Focus
* Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
* Reporting and Data Collection & Manipulation
* Strong Excel Capabilities
* Good Understanding of HR
