We are now able to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to join our dedicated team as a HR Business Partner. It is ideal for an individual with HRBP experience and a demonstrable track record in building strong professional relationships across all levels of organisations. You will enjoy developing and implementing innovative HR solutions within an agile and fast paced working environment. Working within our ambitious, successful and collaborative University, you will be a resilient individual with the ability to respond positively to change.
An excellent communicator with a strong customer focused approach, you can think laterally and adapt your professional HR knowledge and experience to the context of the University and client base. You will respond flexibly and proactively in response to multiple and competing demands and be able to operate at both a strategic and operational level, with an appreciation of the highly sensitive and confidential nature of the work involved.
You will have knowledge and experience of working across the range of HR specialisms and have attained, or be in the process of completing, your professional advanced level CIPD qualification.
