Reward Consultant

Reward Consultant (12 Months ftc) - Hatfield - £50-60k plus benefits

Our client is a well established commercial organisation that is looking or a Reward Consultant to join them for a 12 month ftc. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will be an in-house subject matter expert for Reward. You will play an integral part in the delivery and continuous improvement of the Global Reward annual calendar as well as get involved in new projects. This role will have a particular focus towards Employee Benefits, managing the existing UK Benefits offering.

- Compensation - support the team with Job Evaluation, Salary Surveys, Salary Reviews, Bonuses
- Benefits - Lead the day to day management of the UK Benefits portfolio.
- Project Manage the UK annual benefits renewal process
- Play an active role in the project to review the Global Benefits offering.
- Rewards and Recognition - contribute to the implementation of the Global Recognition Scheme

It is essential that you have the following experience:-

- Substantial experience of managing annual flexible and corporate benefits cycles
- Robust project management experience ideally within an International environment
- Experiences in the design and rollout of new processes
- Ideally but not essential track record in data analysis and manipulation
- Strong planning and organisational skills
