This charity organisation have been working on a national scale since WWII and continue to make an impact to communities across the UK. Headquartered in Cardiff but everyone is working on a fully remote basis for the foreseeable future.

Your new role
As HR Advisor you will be one of 2 Advisors responsible for all HR generalist duties across the organisation. With circa 1500 staff you'll be involved with long and short term sickness, absence management, performance reviews, maternity and paternity leave, disaplinaries and grievances, dispute resolutions, flexible working requests, redundancies, TUPE and any other operational HR queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an experienced HR Advisor or equivalent experience level with knowledge across a breadth of operational and ER issues. Team fit and organisation values are really important. You'll need to be able to establish strong working relationships with managers across the business and work closely with your counterpart Advisor.

What you'll get in return
You'll be working on a full time basis fully remote and salary for this role is £35,500. Full time hours are required although we can be flexible with options of compressed/ flexi hours.
