Your new company
A facilities management organisation based in Edinburgh, is now keen to recruit at Senior HR Advisor HR Business Partner to join their Scottish business. This role will be based in Edinburgh. The role will have the flexibility to move to hybrid working.
Your new role
The successful candidate will provide expert advisory service. Coaching and supporting managers, with HR and ER issues. You will support with projects across divisions as well as support a team of HR Advisors to deliver excellent service across the business.
Duties will include:
* Reporting to People Director and work in collaboration with HR Advisors and HR support
* Lead divisional responsibilities
* Delivery of change management projects involving restructures/redundancies and TUPE ( in and out)
* Provide generalist support on grievance, disciplinary, performance management, recruitment and employment tribunals
* Deliver workshops both on and off site
* Understand commercial needs around commercial awareness
* Continuous improvement of HR initiatives
* Monitor long terms sickness and absence
* Support the communication of changes to policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a full member of CIPD or equivalent professional body. CIPD level 5 or 7. Evidence of ongoing CPD. Substantial experience in TUPE and Trade Union relations. A working knowledge of BESA and SJIB/JIB.
