As a HR Change Lead you will be an excellent team player who is eager to learn, inspire, support others and share your knowledge. You will join our team to support the delivery of complex transformational and cultural change within the council, providing a consistent and quality approach to service redesigns, redundancy processes and redeployment support.

The successful candidate will hold a CIPD level 3 or equivalent, supported by relevant experience.

You will play a key role in:

  • acting as a lead on specific HR processes and supporting agreed change plans to support implementation
  • working in a matrix management structure and supporting collaborative working
  • approaching all situations with a professional and objective mindset
  • Handling difficult situations, using your proactive communication skills and coaching experience
  • Working within a remote team and ensuring teamwork is strong
