We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Leadership Development Lead. A key part in deploying the council’s Learning and Development strategy is to develop our leaders so they deliver the best outcomes for the residents of Derbyshire.
Reporting to the Leadership Development and Performance Manager, you will lead the effective end to end training needs analysis and the development and delivery, or procurement, of solutions for leadership and professional development across the council.
You will be an expert in this field with a track record of leading the design and deployment of innovative and inspiring leadership learning interventions in a large organisation. You will have experience of procuring learning providers, leading complex projects and supporting transformational and cultural change.
You will be a confident facilitator with excellent interpersonal skills, and experience of developing and maintaining collaborative and inclusive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Highly motivated and resilient, you will have a proactive approach with a focus on customer requirements and service needs.
