HR Manager - TUPE in, 6 month FTC , up to £45k pa + benefits, hybrid - WFH 2/3 days per week

Your new role
We are recruiting a HR Manager on a full-time basis to support a new TUPE project for a 6-month period. This may suit somebody looking to move to the next phase of their career development. This post will be responsible for the project of the inward TUPE transfer of potentially 150 staff, so a good knowledge of employment law and best practice, including TUPE. This is a crucial role in the HR delivery team and will act as the main point of contact for service line leads, line Managers and new transferring employees to approach for support with their queries ranging from routine to complex. The project will also involve all the necessary support for on-boarding and inducting the new joiners and ensuring that they are welcomed and productive during the onboarding period and beyond.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be confident in managing the project and the TUPE process from start to finish, advising on a breadth of HR issues and is able to use their initiative to seek answers and solutions to problems and queries. The ability to juggle competing priorities and liaise and communicate with service lines, line managers, internal HR and OD colleagues and other colleagues to keep communications open will be essential, as well as providing day to day direction and guidance to the dedicated HR Advisor. During the project period you may also be required to undertake generalist HR activities.
