Learning and Organisational Development Specialist - Part Time, 25 hours a week - Doncaster and WFH. Circa £30,000 FTE

Your new role
This is Permanent Part Time Learning and Organisational Development Specialist role - You will be part of a team that is responsible for the design and delivery of training (mandatory and professional/career development and soft skills.)
This also includes the procurement and management of some external training. You will design and create learning interventions, develop the learning material, and eLearning - and looking at learning solutions to deliver the training in different ways, to engage the end users in the learning.
You will also provide a L&D advisory service to the business and to the HR team regarding learning interventions, options, methods and evaluation - also playing a key role in the wider organisation development work such as performance management, culture & behaviours embedding and Development.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a True "Trainer" and OD/L&D "developer" with a bias towards eLearning aswell as management and soft skills.
You will be comfortable developing e-learning, navigating an LMS and partnering with Management.
An HR or L&D / Training qualification is desired although not essential for this role

What you'll get in return
The salary is circa £30k FTE - which will be prorate for 3.5 days/approx. 25 hours a week. (MONDAY is a day that you ARE required to work)
The role is "office based" but with a lot of flexibility to "work from home". There will be required for the post holder to go to the Doncaster/South Yorkshire head office for face-to-face training where online is not available to the learning cohort - and team meetings - but the rest is very flexible and fluid.
