Predominately remote working/some travel to Midlands sites (maybe once a month)

This large public sector organisation which operates across the UK are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their busy team on a permanent basis. They are looking for a strong recruiter who understands what needs to be done to deliver a solid recruitment strategy.

You will need to have good in-house recruitment experience, either within the public sector or a commercial sector background. You will be producing videos, media and using innovative and usual ways to recruit into the organisation and bring new talent on board. They are looking for someone who is very forward thinking and likes to think outside of the box.

You will be regularly dealing with senior stakeholders, designing, and engaging different recruitment strategies. You will want a long-term opportunity and to stay within the organisation and grow with them. They are looking for a passionate candidate who will have a positive impact on the company and cares for their organisation and the needs within the organisation and wants to bring in the best kind of people.

The role is remote working mostly, with occasional travel to the midland's sites, maybe once a month and it will be key to travel to any career fairs or related events. It is an incredible organisation that really cares for the well being of its employees. This role is standalone and involves no managerial duties. You will work alongside the Recruitment Business Partner.

Duties of the role include:


* Implement the recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants for the Academy, by working in close partnership with Marketing and Digital teams to develop effective Social Media and Marketing plans and careers content on the website, ensuring pages and content is relevant, engaging, inclusive and authentic to the learner and employer brand experience.
* Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience and monitor these (Glassdoor / Indeed / Company Review sites etc) and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
* Work alongside the Resourcing Business Partner to continuously improve and innovate, suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement while always seeking opportunities to develop and enhance employer brand and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
* Work closely with the Resourcing Business Partner and HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges and communicate regularly with relevant parties to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals to maximise resources

Ideally, you will have safeguarding experience and dealt with enhanced DBS checks in previous roles. There will be two stages of interviews both via Microsoft teams and will be held over the next few weeks, hoping to get someone in place prior to Christmas.
