HR Advisor

Your new company
This not for profit organisation based in London have been championing new ideas in contemporary art since 1970 and have presented pioneering exhibitions from a wide range of emerging artists. They offer a year-round free programme of exhibitions, education, and live events across their two London locations.

Your new role
Working closely with the Head of HR, your key responsibilities will include:


* Being the main point of contact for all HR queries
* Management of the full employee lifecycle: employment contracts, onboarding, performance review, exit interviews
* Supporting with the development of people plans
* Leading on ad-hoc HR projects
* Advising and coaching managers on HR best practice (employee relations, policy and procedure etc)

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will be:


* A strong generalist HR with experience at advisor level
* Experience working closely with management teams
* Experience leading on HR projects
* Be immediately available
