Your new company
This large and thriving public sector organisation based in Wolverhampton are looking for an experienced HRBP to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone who is level 7 CIPD qualified and also someone who has prior Education experience.

Your new role
Within this role you will spend likely one day a week working from home, one day working from the head office and then a couple of the other days on sites around the Birmingham area, so you must be open to a combination of ways of working and be able to travel comfortable around the West and South Birmingham area.
You will be dealing with employee relations, change management including TUPE you must have great stakeholder management skills as you will be working closely with senior managers.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a tenacious, influential and a solution focused HR Generalist who will be an excellent team player providing highly effective commercial advice and support to our organisation. Prior experience working in an Education setting is essential for this role and so is either having level 7 CIPD or equivalent or studying towards it.
