Your new role
You will be working as a Payroll Team Leader. Your role will be to manage the delivery of the payroll to over 600 members of staff and that number is growing. The right person will be an experienced payroll and pensions professional with experience of leading themselves and others.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be looking for a challenging role with plenty of opportunity to develop yourself, the systems and the processes. You will be a self-starter, able to manage own and others workload to tight deadlines and deliver on time. You will understand how pension schemes work, including automatic enrolment, and have experience of operating statutory all absence payments.
