Henlee Resourcing is delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with this leading retailer, to recruit a London-based Regional HR Business Partner, on a permanent basis.

This organisation has undergone significant transformation over the last 24 months. They have ridden the 'Covid storm' and are embarking on a period of significant growth.

At the heart of this amazing business, is a talented HR function. Which, thanks to recent restructure and a new leader, has the need for an additional, regionally focused HR Business Partner, to join their team.

This commerically focused role will have a split focus; Help to roll out the people plan across your region, as a 'true' business partner to your respective leadership team. Ensure a 'best in class' HR service is provided to the organisation and it's staff.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be a trusted partner to your stakeholders; driving capability, ensuring people plans are delivered, commercial decision making, providing training and guidance, performance management etc... and being a point of escalation to a shared service team, who provide HR/ER advice, policy writing, MI reporting, score-carding, and support on various other business-wide projects and communications.

A customer centric approach, with exceptional stakeholder management is key, as is the ability to 'get into the detail' to produce meaningful MI and statistical information to help make commercial decisions.

You must be able to quickly build strong, robust and collaborative relationships with people at all levels, possess excellent Employment Law knowledge and, be comfortable in a multi-site, fast-paced, commercial environment, where regular travel (2-3 days / week) is required.
