Your new role
You'll be a in a lead role, managing a team of 10 who will be hiring across the European market. You'll be responsible for your own recruiting, and strategic work, often presenting the accumulated data to your senior stakeholders. You and your team will be responsible for recruiting within all medical departments such as writers, regulators and through the entire process, physicians, bio statisticians (who do the data calculations), data management (clinical tech)


What you'll need to succeed
A passion for the industry and a desire to drive strategies and campaigns globally to acquire data with management experience as you will be required to present to your senior team.This is as much a people management role as much as it is working across a global market to increase data knowledge of the market
