6 Month Interim - Head of HR - Liverpool based - Full time - Monday - Friday Immediate start

Your new company

My client based in Waterloo is a leading provider of Adult Social Care services and are seeking a professional Head of HR to join their team on an interim basis for a period of 6 months. The organisation provide the highest quality of care and support for adults of all ages who have learning or physical disabilities and older people. They promote independent living, encouraging and supporting individuals to fulfil their aspirations.

Some of your duties will include but not limited to

Lead and develop a compliant and professional HR function that enables the company to achieve its strategic aims by recruiting, managing and developing a skilled and engaged workforce and to be the 'Employer of Choice'.
Provide HR leadership on all matters relating to people, including learning & development and wellbeing.
Oversee all strategic and operational HR activities.
Develop and promote an organisational culture that reflects our Company values where all colleagues feel a sense of belonging and can fulfil their potential.
Manage HR staff and support them in their development in their roles
Provide advice to the Senior Leadership Team, Board and colleagues on all aspects of HR practice
Work with and support the Managing Director and Heads of Service to make an effective contribution to the strategic direction from an HR perspective.
Lead on the review, development and implementation of HR policies, processes, systems and procedures in response to any legislative/ technological changes to drive performance
