HR Administrator for global management consultancy in Cambridge, £25,000 + benefits, permanent opportunity.

Your new company
Hays HR is proud to be working with a global consultancy based in Cambridge who are looking to appoint an HR Administrator on a permanent basis to support their busy UK HR team as the organisation goes through a period of significant growth.


Your new role
As the HR Administrator, reporting into the HR Officer, you will provide Human Resources assistance and administrative support to all employees within the UK. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, arrange telephone and formal interviews, liaising with applicants, recruitment agencies and hiring managers, as well distributing performance appraisal paperwork and ensure training needs analysis for the company are being met.

In addition, you will collate information for payroll and maintaining and updating personnel records, as well as ensuring HR information is kept up to date and maintaining sickness, holiday, benefits records and providing regular reports.


What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful HR Administrator you will have a solid understanding of Human Resources, ideally with experience gained in a busy HR team or hold a CIPD qualification or a relevant HR degree. You will be ambitious, confident and a hard worker who is not afraid to get stuck in.

You will possess excellent administrative and organisational ability and have a high standard of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Oracle would be desirable.
