HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner to join a large complex organisation supporting leadership teams in Southampton.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a busy HR team delivering HR services to a large complex organisation.

The focus of an HR Business Partner role : -

* To provide strategic HR advice and support to the senior Divisional Management Team as well as across all other senior management teams corporately.

* To enable the delivery through the division of the HR people strategy objectives by:

* Increasing levels of employee well-being and engagement

* Building a high performing culture

* Maximising cost savings and efficiencies

* Creating an employer brand where the organisation is recognised as a great place to work through indicators such as the Staff Survey.

* To work autonomously to provide HR direction and expertise within the division ensuring this is linked to patient care, service improvement, and equality and diversity.

* Complex Employer Relations
* Review Sickness Absence / performance
* People Development Planning
* Change Management
* Recruitment & Retention

Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a background of large complex unionised organisations

* HR Business Partner
* Experience of ER,Change, Business Partnering, Coaching, Workforce planning, Resourcing
* Unions experience
* Complex and large scale organisations such as NHS, public sector or similar

This role is offered on a temporary contract basis via Hay to start in December or potentially early January for a contract of 6-9 months

* Hybrid working - 1 to 2 days per week on site in Southampton and home working.
