Your new company
This growing organisation based in Oldbury are expanding their busy HR team and looking to bring on board two new heads into the team due to work load and capacity within the team. They are looking for candidates who are keen to get into HR roles but you wont need tons of experience already in the field. As the roles are permanent they are happy to offer lots of support and training.

Your new role
Within the role you will coordinate pre-employment checks and compliance to ensure that new starters and their on boarding and screening is delivered to a high standard. You will be monitoring pre-employment screening activities including references and DBS checks to make sure all candidates are fully compliant. You will be responding to reference checks from previous employees and coordinate DBS renewals within the organisation and assisting also with monthly reporting. You will support with new starter paperwork and be adaptable to support with the development of new processes and help with change within the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be keen to get into the HR field, you will need to be organised, with good IT Skills and be able to help and support a wider team. You will need to be able to get to Oldbury as and when needed as the role is hybrid working in the Oldbury office.
