Established charity seeking Recruitment Specialist on a temp to perm basis!

Your new organisation
You will be working for an established charity. The work that they do is very rewarding and this is a great role for a Recruitment Coordinator who is skilled in the end to end Recruitment lifecycle. This role is a temp to perm opportunity and ideally would like you to start as soon as possible.

Your new role

* Work in partnership with hiring managers to deliver end to end recruitment campaigns.
* Arrange interviews, send relevant communication to line managers and candidates.
* Advertise roles internally and externally across various platforms.
* Ensure recruitment suppliers are effectively managed and monitored.
* Screen applications (longlist)
* Support managers with interview questions and attending interviews where necessary.
* Liaise with managers and candidates with any recruitment related queries.
* To contact successful candidates to make a verbal offer and issue contract, create employee files.
* Keep applicant tracking system up to date with all outcomes during the recruitment process.
* Provide guidance on the on-boarding process.
* Ensure that all recruitment policies, procedure and practices, are followed.
* Take an active role in contributing to projects in the HR team and wider business.
* Deliver high quality results while managing substantial recruitment volumes and working to short deadlines.
* To be responsible for the final sign off for each relevant hire (including references and DBS).
* To produce planned and ad hoc recruitment data reports for all key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
Sound knowledge of good recruitment practice and how to implement it in an in-house environment. Excellent written communication skills and keen attention to detail, i.e., to draft adverts /job descriptions. Previous user of job boards, social media and other job platforms. Knowledge of current UK employment law. Knowledge of Disclosure and Barring Service. Previous experience of working in a busy recruitment department in a similar role.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available, the client is happy to be flexible with start and end times. This role will be a hybrid role with minimum 2 days a week in office (One has to be Wednesday).
