Resourcing & Talent Advisor

Were seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a large organisation in Dorset

We are seeking an experienced Resourcing & Talent Advisor / Recruitment Advisor to join a large and established organisation on an initial contract for 14-16 months maternity contract.

Key responsibilities :

1 To undertake a key operational role in the attraction, selection and acquisition of the right people and teams to deliver strategic plan.
2 Support on all strategic projects and initiatives relating to recruitment.
3 To provide professional appropriate advice and guidance across the Service and to departments and professional services in respect of appropriate and bespoke recruitment and resourcing methods in light of workforce requirements and the strategic objectives.
4 To proactively promote and embed inclusive recruitment through all activity to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
5 To introduce new and innovative strategies for attracting key talent and to build the pipeline for current and future needs.
6 Provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers on all recruitment related matters.
7 Increase responsiveness to our service users' needs and streamlining of our processes.
8 Play an important role in the procurement and implementation of an e-recruitment solution.
9 Produce tools and materials to equip managers with the skills to improve the recruitment process both in terms of candidate experience but also the accuracy of the recruitment process, to ensure that we appoint the best people, who will embody our values

The role is a full time position, hybrid working split between office, site and home
