A Global Market Research Organisation specialising in Business Insights to strategy consulting firms, investment houses and global corporations.

Your new role
You'll take the lead working as Global Talent Manager, utilising your leadership skills and experience, overseeing an international team, growing the talent function across the business globally. You'll support the Head of HR in defining a recruitment strategy across the business and support in the executive hires of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have leadership experience in some form, and have demonstrated your management skills within your previous role. You'll have a track record of recruitment experience filling roles in a high volume capacity, and ideally, blend of agency and in house experience/

What you'll get in return
