Background Information
Here in Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) we have a talented and dedicated workforce, providing forests and land that Scotland can be proud of and our People Team help support those who do that by providing expert people management solutions for all.
We also provide guidance and support to our sister agency, Scottish Forestry (SF), with five Conservancy offices throughout Scotland. SF is responsible for forestry policy, support and regulations, grants incentives, technical forestry advice and cross border forestry arrangements.
Within the People Team, we are growing our Resourcing and Talent team to support the delivery of our resourcing solutions with a 12-month fixed term opportunity.
Established in 2019 and with a workforce of almost 1,300, we are now seeing significant transformation across both agencies. This role will assist these changes by supporting the resourcing needs that underpin the recruitment and selection processes ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
This is a busy and fulfilling opportunity that requires strong resourcing skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels.
If you have experience of resourcing and talent initiatives and strong stakeholder engagement skills this could be the role you have been waiting for.
