Your new company
This the UK arm of a large global business, who are currently going through a business transformation project for expansion.

Your new role
This is a BRAND NEW and REBRANDED role due to the company's current and future expansion plans and growth trajectory.

Working within the HR department you will be responsible for the proactive and reactive talent acquisition and recruitment of the UK business.

You will also be responsible for the hands-on recruitment process. This is from JD and advert creation, advertisement placement, recruitment agency liaison/relationships, ATS use, interviews, offers/rejections, onboarding and all other recruitment/HR administration. This role will also involve proactive talent acquisition and recruitment methods such as head hunting, online CV libraries, LinkedIn, industry networking etc.

You will also get to assist the other areas of this matrix organisation with some recruitment in Europe and the US.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Agency Recruiter to use their skills in the internal arena; OR a current Internal Recruiter who wants a new challenge and genuine career development.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in recruitment processes and strategy; have experience of recruiting at all levels from entry/operational staff, technical and specialist staff, upto management and director level.
Experience within head office / commercial, technology, engineering and international roles is of particular interest to this organisation.

This role is open to both agency recruiters, looking for a move into Internal Recruitment and current Talent Acquisition/Internal Recruitment specialists.

This role is hybrid based- working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm ( however some flexibility maybe considered ) - and will be 1 or 2 days office working , then the rest is flexible and can be from home.
The hours may need to be "flexed" slightly at times to communicate with the other areas of the world (time differences)
