Your new role
You'll be the centre of the action, responsible for full cycle recruitment across the UK and European markets,
managing the very best in candidate attraction, talent sourcing, onboarding and overall assisting in the growth of the business. You'll also bring to life the already existing vibrant culture of the business, to which they pride themselves on. You'll be part of a team who enjoy working hard, but equally the team dynamic.


What you'll need to succeed
You'll be experienced with Linkedin recruiter, and sourcing using the appropriate channels. You'll have experience working with key stakeholders and handling prioritising of roles. You'll be comfortable working to proactive working style, often managing 20 open roles at any one time. Additionally, you'll be confident challenging the processes and prepared to bring fresh ideas to the table
