Organisation Development Change Management Lead for join a large scale commercial organisation in Southampton

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Organisational Development / Change Management specialist to join a dedicated team focusing on the project/programme management, organisation development, organisation effectiveness, culture and change.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference throughout the organisation. As the Change Management Lead you will be part of a small but high-profile team. You will work closely with the Head of Org Effectiveness, the wider HR team and the business; consulting, developing and delivering a range of change management interventions that will help our business, our culture and most importantly our people move forward successful. You will ensure that all of their change management activities are planned, tracked and delivered; making sure that they tie up and align to the strategy and all people activity, and ensuring everything we do is delivered with creativity and value.
Key duties

* Build and deliver OD change management interventions - ensuring that everything we do is delivering against our strategic needs, course correcting if needed
* Diagnose needs through various methods, such as focus groups, engagement data, interviews, workshops
* Develop and deliver interventions that meet change needs, working closely with key stakeholders
* Partner with HRBPs to design and deliver segment level change interventions, connecting them back to overall change plan
* Ensure that change management plans are in place, tracked and delivered against
* Deliver team and individual coaching/workshops
* Implement and track measures of success ensuring that everything is adding value to the business and people

Candidates

* Expertise in change management . The work takes place in the context of business and cultural change. You will have experience in designing and developing change management interventions in complex situations. You will be experienced in human centred design and be able to bring systems thinking into your work to ensure that we understand and connect all of the issues and that interventions run through the organisation. You will naturally be able to blend the art and the science.
* Experience as a designer and facilitator of group interventions.
* You will have a deep understanding of behaviours and how people learn, grow and thrive through change.
* You will be able to build and facilitate team and group workshops that enable groups of people to work together, grow together and future proof themselves; they will be delivered in creative and engaging ways.
* Coaching skills and experience.
* You will be an experience coach who will have both the credibility to coach and work with senior teams/individuals and also the empathy to work with more junior colleagues.
* You will be experienced in coaching in a changing and complex environment.
* Committed to ensuring planning, tracking and measurement are integral to our ways of working. We use detailed project plans, qualitative and quantitative data to inform what we do and to ensure what we deliver is timely, of quality and makes a difference.

This role is offered on a Fixed term contract basis for 12 months initially. We are looking for someone on short notice periods and available to start by January.
minimum 1 day per week working in Southampton./ Hybrid working.
