An international, multi-site, professional services business in Leeds continues to expand and is now looking to appoint an influential L&D Manager within their HR team.

Your new role

Leading a L&D team, reporting to a HR Director, this exciting L&D vacancy will impact the whole of the business, driving positive change and help shape the business, leading on OD strategy. You will:


* Define and continuously develop a modern, blended learning strategy for L&D to support the business strategy, capitalising on the potential of digital technologies;

* Support the delivery of the L&D strategy in partnership with the business managers, and the L&D team, ensuring L&D priorities match business priorities;

* Manage the small L&D team ensuring that they are actively involved in content design and delivery of appropriate learning interventions;

* Provide expert guidance and support managers to diagnose and implement appropriate standard and bespoke L&D solutions;

* Design and deliver (most likely using a combination of digital and external resource) leadership and management development programs and initiatives to build consistent excellent leadership and management capability;

* Support the L&D team in the management and development of the learning platform;

* Work with the IT team to deliver learning solutions for our numerous internally developed systems;

* Collaborate with the operational functions on the job process definition project, to advise on and enable their delivery of associated learning solutions via SMEs;

* Work with the Professional Standards team to take the lead in ensuring colleagues are educated on our professional standards requirements;

* Advise on and lead the firm's career development and succession management approach:
