A great opportunity for a Resourcing Administrator, 4 Month FTC (could extend) within an established public sector organisation, who can offer hybrid working and flexible hours.
Your new role

As a Resourcing Administrator, 4 Month FTC, (could extend) you will be part of a busy In-House Recruitment team, supporting the Resourcing Advisor in developing solutions to deliver recruitment and selection requirements .

Duties will include:
Working with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure that recruitment services meet their needs. Embed diversity principles into all aspects of recruitment.
Administer recruitment campaigns in line with legislation and policy.
Maintain accurate up to date records on progress of recruitment campaigns.
Manage the new starter process including checking Right to Work documents, requesting references and liaising with vetting to ensure an efficient service.
Actively seek ways to improve candidate experience during the pre-employment stages.
Attend recruitment fairs.
Record statistical data for each campaign to support diversity objectives and drive for greater efficiency in processes.
Collect, monitor and present recruitment statistical information as required.
Raise requisitions for recruitment and other expenditure at correct stage of purchase .

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Resourcing Administrator either within an agency or an in-house role, or experience as an HR Administrator who has experience assisting with the Recruitment and selection process. You must be able to start with no more than 2 weeks notice.
