Henlee Resourcing is working exclusively with this entrepreneurial and fast paced technology business, to recruit an exceptional Head of HR (UK) into a newly created, diverse and highly demanding role.

Reporting to the Group HRD, this role will form part of the UK divisions talented Senior Management Team. You will drive the people strategy and provide Operational HR expertise to the UK business, advocating high level employee engagement and establishing, maintaining and developing the businesses culture.

You will also manage and develop a team of HR professionals (based in Woking and Swindon) overseeing all HR activities; on-boarding, performance management, recruitment, retention, employee engagement, employee relations, training & development, talent management and all people focused projects.

Applicants MUST have;

* Proven experience of HR leadership within a fast paced, changing and highly entrepreneurial environment. (ideally an IT, Tech or Enterprise based - Customer Centric / sales environment)
* A degree in HR management or related subject, coupled with relevant HR qualification - CIPD.
* Strong understanding of HR legislation & Employment Law.
* Proven Leadership skills with strong people management and a hands on approach
* Confidence to present and articulate (sometimes complex) information in a simple and concise way, with exceptional professionalism.
* The ability to interact well with people at all levels and hold your own in sometimes 'bullish' circumstances.

UK offices are Swindon and Woking - You will have flexibility to be based at either, with occassional travel to the other site required.
