This exciting role will be working in the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team as part of the HR/OD service. The role will involve embedding the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy. You will work with senior managers and a range of stakeholders to provide advice and collaboratively work to deliver on EDI ambitions of becoming a workforce that is representative of its city, designing inclusive and accessible services, promoting equality and tackling discrimination in the City.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

* You will be CIPD qualified or with the relevant experience
* You will have an understanding of equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI) issues and how they affect different sections of the community and workforce
* We are looking for someone with the ability to effectively engage and influence a range of stakeholders including Senior managers, trade union reps and colleagues
* We are looking for someone with the ability to translate complex information and position it with stakeholders across the organisation so that it adds value

What you'll need to succeed


* Strong knowledge of EDI policies
* Strong stakeholder management experience
