Your new role
They are looking for a lead recruiter for the UK market in part of the Culture & People Team. You will have 360 responsibilities across the mid level recruitment of roles. You will have the ability to build strategy, liaising with the the hiring managers, the directors and the co founders. The is an opportunity to for you to really make role own your own.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be have a few years within the talent acquisition space, proven track record of steady volume hires across the UK market. You will be experienced around a fast paced environment, prepared to be challenged and be part of a success story. You'll embody the warmth culture, and have the shared vision of the company growth.

What you'll get in return
Up to 40-65k base salary plus they provide up to 20% monthly bonus based on their KPI achievement + a very flexible hybrid model of work + London office based in Regents St
