Supporting the HR Operations Manager with all reward activity you will support with the EMEA renumeration review, salary review, and mid year review process including analysing and presenting data to the business. You will also support with some benefits activities.



What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have worked as a Reward Manager with for a professional services business and will have seen the annual reward cycle through and be able to own and manage the salary review process. It is essential that you can analyse and present data and be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. This is a 6 month role working in a hybrid manner in the London office. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately. Full and part time working patterns can be considered.
