A Facilities Management organisation based in Stirlingshire is now looking to expand their L&D team by recruiting a L&D Advisor to join the business. The organisation provides a range of both hard and soft services throughout the UK across a wide range of sectors.
Your new role
The role will see the preferred candidate act as the first point of contact for all L&D enquires and initiatives. They will work with the business to maintain the learning records and ensuring training courses carried out meet statutory requirements.
The successful candidate will lead the coordination of a wide range of L&D activities and processes well as work with L&D systems and produce reports.
You will be tasked with:
Advising the business to develop learning plans
Coordinate and administer all training
Plan and report on all training
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Learning and Development Coordinator who is is passionate about L&D and looking for their next step or a HR generalist who is keen to specialise in L&D.
