HR Advisor in the education sector in Cambridgeshire, £35,000 + benefits, permanent opportunity

Hays are proud to be working with our client in the education sector, based in Cambridgeshire and with multiple sites across the region who is looking to appoint an HR Advisor to support their small and collaborative HR team.
Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you will act as a first point of contact and provide support and guidance on a range of HR matters to senior leaders. This is a true HR Generalist role and encompasses managing Employee Relations casework, recruitment, training and development, HR projects and reporting on HR data.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate you will have experience covering the full HR generalist remit, as well as experience of managing organisational change and culture. You will possess a thorough knowledge of employment law and experience of interpreting and applying it, combined with an understanding of HR best practice.
You will ideally be CIPD L3 or L5 qualified.
You will also have a full driving license and your own transport as you will be required to travel to multiple sites across Cambridgeshire.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 + benefits which include a competitive pension schemes, annual CIPD membership paid for by the organisation, flexible working - 2 days per week from home and the remaining three days in the office, and mileage paid for.
