HR Advisers (Schools HR Team)
We are looking for HR Advisers who will support our schools and who are passionate about HR.
The roles provide a high-quality end to end Human Resources advice, guidance and ER support services to Headteachers, Governors, School Business Managers, staff and related stakeholders.
This is a varied role and an opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with the Schools HR team in a wide range of areas including employee relations, reward, resourcing and training development.
The ideal candidates will have a collaborative and positive approach, can do attitude, be reliable and responsive. Clear and effective communication skills are vital. Previous experience in an HR role providing first level HR advice is required along with a professional approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Contractual details: Full time, 35 hours per week, All Year Round
- Grade: S01 – P01 (£32,301 - £37,491 per annum)
- Roles: 2 permanent roles and 2 fixed term roles for 12 months
- Start date: January 2022 or as soon as possible afterwards
Closing date: 9am on 13th December 2021
