Your new job

In your new job as HR & Payroll Specialist, you will report into the HR Services Manager. This role will be a team member in a global HR team with a focus on improving the employee lifecycle and evolving the service to deliver a high -quality service to the business. Duties In this role include but are not limited too ER support, point of contact for global employees and managers regarding HR issues, administer HR documentation and collating for payroll. The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task effortlessly, can prioritise their workload and be a confident communicator to stakeholders of all levels across the business. You must also have the ability to take ownership of your own tasks and use your initiative when it comes to problem solving. this role will be an international role therefore international experience is essential.

- CIPD desirable
